The highly detailed drawing portrays a pale yellow block outline of the word YOU, wrapped in light green vines with pale blue flowers. Above the illustration hand lettered cursive font says “thinking of”. Inspired by a dreamlike world where little is what it seems, this sympathy greeting card has a pastel colour palette, using light yellow, blue, and green.

Beginning with a pencil sketch before moving to pen, a method called crosshatching is used to create the depth and the tone you see in the final design.
