The highly detailed drawing portrays an assortment of new baby items, including a teething ring, baby food, bib, rattle, bottle, romper, stuffed rabbit, block, dummy, rubber duck, socks and mobile. Inspired by a dreamlike world where little is what it seems, this new baby card or card for newborn has a gender neutral pastel colour palette, using light blues, orange, pinks, yellow, and hints of red.

Beginning with a pencil sketch before moving to pen, a method called crosshatching is used to create the depth and the tone you see in the final design. This fine line art is then scanned into a computer and coloured digitally. All our baby cards are ethically printed on high quality recycled paper, and our envelopes are 100% recycled.
