A second is a product that doesn't meet our very high quality standards, but is still much too good to throw away.

All of our whimsical products are made here in Melbourne by real people, meaning little faults and imperfections can sometimes occur.

Our artist tea towels are sorted into 3 categories of imperfections; light, medium, and heavy, which are discounted accordingly. These are sorted at our discretion.

Some examples of tea towel imperfections you can expect to see are:

• Ink spots, blotches and lines
• White marks and patches
• Minor thread pulls
• Small smudges and spots

While this might sound scary, you can be sure our standards are very high! Most imperfections are barely noticeable - especially in the light category.

Some examples of art print imperfections you can expect to see are:

• Ink spots, blotches and lines
• Incorrect colours and colour variations
• Slightly smaller than the standard A5 size

While these faults might seem a bit scary, rest assured our quality standards are very high!

As a small 2 person team, unfortunately we can't accept requests for specific faults or imperfections.

We send out our seconds stock on a first come, first served basis. This means we will send out the least imperfect products first.

By purchasing a second you accept the product as is and understand that it can't be returned.
