Number Twelve - 12th Birthday Card

These fun ‘Number twelve’ twelfth birthday greeting cards have been hand illustrated using fine liner pens, digitally coloured, and printed in Melbourne by The Nonsense Maker. The highly detailed drawing features the number 12 made out of green rolling hills where kids are seen happily riding bikes up and down.
Inspired by a dreamlike world where little is what it seems, this 12th birthday card has a bright colour palette with vibrant green hills and colourful red, blue and pink bikes.

Beginning with a pencil sketch before moving to pen, a method called crosshatching is used to create the depth and the tone you see in the final design. This fine line art is then scanned into a computer and coloured digitally. All our birthday cards are ethically printed on high quality recycled paper, and our envelopes are 100% recycled.
