This original artwork was inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The piece is particularly inspired by the tea party chapter in which the Mad Hatter celebrates his unbirthday. The table is made up of two books stacked on top of each other, which are Alice in Wonderland, and the sequel Through the Looking Glass. The books are laid out with teapots and cups of tea along with a selection of tasty treats. Surrounding the books are an eclectic mix of chairs, giving the piece a whimsical and vintage feel.
